1. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping to Mexico for purchasing 3 collars.

2. What is the shipping cost?
For domestic orders the shipping cost we offer is USD7.50 flat rate.
For internationals orders, shipping rates vary based on weight, volume and destination.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We can ship worldwide where UPS, FedEx, DHL are accessible.
Please also note that associated import fees may apply.

4. When will I receive my order to Mexico?
Delivery time for domestic standard shipping is around 5 working days.
Delivery time for international standard shipping is around 15 working days.
Please note that there could be a customs delay once the order arrives in the destination country.

5. How do I check my order status?
You will receive an order email confirmation with order details after you complete your purchase. After your order is proceed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Please note that carries may take 24-48h to update your shipping status. If you have any doubts or questions regarding your order. Status, do not. Hesitate in contacting us:

6. What can I do if I did not receive my order or my order is missing?
There are times that tracking number shows delivered, but it doesn’t get dropped until the next couple of days.
If you still have not received your order in 4 working days after it says delivered, please contact the operating post office.

7. Return & refunds
We will gladly accept returns for items in new conditions within 20 days of delivery. Please reach out to us tulumhm@outlook.com with your order # and reasons for the return.
Kindly note that we will exchange it with a store credit. Please return the item in its original packaging. The shipping cost of the returns, will not be refunded.

8. Can I exchange a gift?
Yes, for sure!
You can return your gift within 20 days of delivery. Please reach out to us tulumhm@outlook.com and let us know the order number; or if you do not have any information, we will verify few things in order to match your original order.

9. How do I clean my TulumHM product?
The leather can be cleaned with leather conditioner. The textile can be cleaned with with a bit of soap, water and a sponge.

10. Can your collars be used for cats?
Yes! We do have. Collar size for cats. Please check out our collars size guide.

11. Who are the artisans that make the products for Tulum HM?
We work closely with a women artisans community in Chiapas, Mexico.
